- Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if available) or in a similar protective package.
- Include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip in the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 - 4 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
